We love children but are sorry that we cannot accommodate children under twelve.
We have allergies to pets and some guests are also sensitive so we don't accept pets.  We cannot even have our "granddogs!"

RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are recommended.  A credit card will hold your reservation.  In certain circumstances it may be necessary     
 for a deposit of one night rate or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater to confirm your reservation.  Balance is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you find that your plans have changed please give at least one week notice.  Full refund less $25 service charge with advance
notice.
