"Your home away from home" is located in the heart of the city of Wilkes-Barre, PA and offers comfortable and unique lodging
in an urban setting. Weary travelers have found The Sign of the Rose Bed and Breakfast to be the perfect place to rest after
a long day on the road.
The Bed and Breakfast occupies one side of our 1910 double home and we live on the other side. Because of the design
of our home, we are uniquely suited, not only for travelers, but for special events. A private parlor, dining room and kitchen
allow parents visiting college students, those attending weddings, reunions or other events, to enjoy a comfortable and private

distance from the Luzerne County Community College, the local Penn State Campus, College Misericordia, the Wachovia
